First let me say, Britney did amazing work! I’ve been coming here for a few years. The very young lady with glasses at the front desk was very rude yesterday. I received a 20% text on my birthday that said it expired in 7 days…it had only been 4 days. She said you’re supposed to use it 7 days PRIOR to your birthday…which doesn’t make sense because I received it on my birthday. She made the excuse that everyone has been using this coupon & that the owners didn’t want to use them anymore. I asked to talk to someone else because she wasn’t making sense and was being very rude. So rude it makes me not want to come back. Don’t send out 20% birthday texts if you aren’t going to honor them. And please tell the receptionist that is NOT how you treat someone who spends more than $150 at your establishment every time I come there. So disappointing, left very upset yesterday.

I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted today, but Hanah made suggestions and helped me a lot! I thought I wanted gel X but we talked about a couple of different products and she helped me find something that was better for me. Then, she was very patient as I changed my mind about colors a few times. She was very thorough and did a beautiful job on my nails. I’m very happy.
